Outdoor First Aid

The aims of this 2 day course are to enable participants to recognise when someone has a medical emergency and be able to immediately give the appropriate assistance at first aid level.

Mountain Training Walking & Camping

The Mountain Training courses are designed for those who want to lead groups on day walks in lowland countryside or in upland terrain and those who want to extend their skills to include camping as part of a longer journey.

Low Ropes & Cycle Leader

These in house courses equip visiting staff with the skills and knowledge to lead safe and fun sessions on our Low Ropes course and using our bikes on the onsite Bike Trail and the nearby Monsal Trail.
