In addition to the ‘open’ accredited courses, which individuals and groups can enrol upon, we can run a range of bespoke courses and training opportunities by demand. We are able to tailor skills courses for individuals, couples or small groups with your specific needs in mind either here at Thornbridge Outdoors or at a venue of your choice. Activities include:

We are well set up for Mountain Biking with our fantastic location, great coaches and excellent facilities.
Onsite we have open spaces, a 850m bike trail and a bike pump track that are used by a variety of groups, from 8 year olds learning to ride a bike to Olympic development squads.
In easy riding distance, accessed by the traffic free Monsal Trail or quiet local roads, we have good trails and bridleways for mountain bike journeys.
Our central Peak District location means that we’ve various classic mountain biking trails within driving distance.
Options for bespoke mountain biking training include:
Walk into the dales of the White Peak District from the centre or take a short drive to the extensive moors and gritstone edges of the Dark Peak District.
If bigger mountains are calling then training can be arranged in Snowdonia, the Lake District or Scotland.
If lowland walking is more your thing then training can be delivered around Sheffield, in the White Peak or elsewhere if more convenient to you.
